Pipeline Loss Allowance definition

Pipeline Loss Allowance means the allowance for losses sustained on Transporter’s Crude System due to evaporation, measurement and other losses in transit as defined in Item No. 14(e).
Pipeline Loss Allowance or “PLA” means the actual volume of Product lost on the Pipeline among all Shippers due to evaporation, measurement, or other losses in transit.
Pipeline Loss Allowance means the System’s actual losses due to evaporation, measurement, or other losses in transit.

More Definitions of Pipeline Loss Allowance

Pipeline Loss Allowance means a volume of Crude Oil equal to 0.20% of Producer’s Crude Oil gathered by Gatherer at the Receipt Point(s).
Pipeline Loss Allowance or “PLA” means an amount of Crude Oil allocated as a deduction to Receipt Point volumes for the actual evaporation, interface losses, shrink and other normal losses during gathering, blending and storage of Crude Oil under a Gathering Agreement, as determined by Carrier acting as a Reasonable and Prudent Operator.
