Actual Throughput definition

Actual Throughput means the aggregate volume of Product that is throughput under this Agreement through Asphalt Facilities during a designated period.

Actual Throughput means the aggregate volume of Materials that Lion throughputs at the Terminal.

• Subject to Sections 2(e) and Section 2(h), Lion shall pay Logistics an amount equal to the Throughput Fee multiplied by the Actual Throughput at the Terminal.

• Xxxx Materials to the extent due under Section 2(c)), (4) any Deficiency Payments under Section 9 (other than with respect to Throughput Fees for Actual Throughput of X.

• If the Actual Throughput for any Lease Year is less than the Minimum Guaranteed Throughput for that Lease Year, Lessee agrees to make a Wharfage Deficit Payment to the Authority equal to the product of (A) the number of Tons by which the Minimum Guaranteed Throughput for such Lease Year exceeds the Actual Throughput for such Lease Year, multiplied by (B) the Authority’s Wharfage Rate for Dry Bulk Cargo on the last day of such Lease Year.

• Should there be a throughput commitment set forth in the terms of any Individual Transaction Confirmation under this Agreement and if the Actual Throughput (as defined below) for any applicable Contract Year is less than the Total Volume Throughput Commitment for such Contract Year as set forth in the applicable Individual Transaction Confirmation, Shipper shall pay to Gatherer a True-Up Payment (as defined below) for such Contract Year in accordance with the following.

More Definitions of Actual Throughput

Actual Throughput shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.9.

Actual Throughput means the aggregate volumes of throughput actually made by Xxxxxxx during such calendar year Xxxxxxx shall pay the Throughput Commitment Charge for each calendar year, which shall be invoiced on Xxxxxxx’x xxxx, for December service issued the following January. Any assignment made by Xxxxxxx of part of its entitlement to Cameron Access Project capacity prior to the effective date of the Service Agreement shall reduce Shipper’s Throughput Commitment to the extent that Shipper’s Quantity is reduced due to such assignment. All volumes scheduled using any portion of Shipper’s Quantity through capacity release, if applicable, will be credited to Actual Throughput for use in calculating the Throughput Commitment Charge.

Actual Throughput means, in respect of a period, the total tonnes of ore mined, produced, extracted or otherwise recovered or derived from the Mining Titles and processed through the Mineral Processing Facilities during such period.

Actual Throughput means the amount of Gas passing through the Meter at Shipper’s Facility during a specified period of time.
