Uncommitted Rate definition

Uncommitted Rate means the rate established for the shipment of non-Committed Volumes by the Committed Shipper’s Transportation Services Agreement.
Uncommitted Rate means the rate identified as the “Uncommitted Rate” in Section II of this tariff.
Uncommitted Rate means the rate established for the shipment of non-Committed Volumes by Carrier’s tariff rates on file with the TRRC and/or FERC, as applicable.

Examples of Uncommitted Rate in a sentence

  • Additional volumes Tendered in excess of their volumes commitments and not offset by make-up volumes to Cushing will be charged the applicable Uncommitted Rate as specified in Footnote 1.

  • Volumes Tendered in excess of their volume commitment and offset by make-up volumes to Cushing will be charged the difference between the Uncommitted Rate to such Alternate Delivery Point and the uncommitted rate ceiling level to Cushing.

  • Term Shippers seeking a temporary Alternate Delivery Point at Port Arthur(10) or at Houston, will be charged the applicable committed rate to Cushing plus the difference between the Uncommitted Rate to such Alternate Delivery Point and the uncommitted rate ceiling level to Cushing, in accordance with Term Shipper’s contract.

  • An Uncommitted Shipper’s Uncommitted Rate will be based on the volume of Crude Petroleum it ships each month on the System, which shall then determine the volume tier applicable to such Uncommitted Shipper.

  • In order to qualify for the Uncommitted Rate based on an acreage dedication, an Uncommitted Shipper must have an effective dedication agreement with Carrier pursuant to which such Uncommitted Shipper has agreed to dedicate and deliver the Crude Petroleum produced from certain, specified dedicated acreage for transportation on Carrier’s System.


More Definitions of Uncommitted Rate

Uncommitted Rate means the rate charged to a Shipper for transportation of Uncommitted Volumes pursuant to Transporter’s Rate Tariff. Any Uncommitted Rate shall be less than any Committed Firm Service Rate.
Uncommitted Rate means the rate charged to a Shipper for transportation pursuant to the Carrier's tariff that is not subject to a TSA.
Uncommitted Rate means the rate set out in Section I of this Tariff paid by a Shipper that is not an Incentive Shipper or a Dedicated Shipper.
