  • In these Conditions: Clean Up means clearing away and removing for the Place for Delivery all of the Contractor’s plant, equipment, surplus materials, rubbish, temporary works and packaging and leaving the whole of the Place for Delivery and Goods in a clean and tidy condition to the satisfaction of the Principal.

  • Calling Name Delivery Service (CNDS) means a service that enables a terminating End User to identify the calling Party by a displayed name before a call is answered.
