Place of Receipt definition

Place of Receipt means the Carrier’s sea terminal at the Port of Loading (Ocean Vessel) unless a Place of Receipt is nominated in the space provided for that purpose on the front hereof in which case “place of receipt” shall mean the Place of Receipt so nominated.
Place of Receipt. Intended Port of Loading", "Intended Port of Discharge" and "Intended Place of Delivery," means respectively the place of receipt, port of loading (ocean vessel), port of discharge (ocean vessel) and place of delivery nominated on the front hereof.
Place of Receipt means a place so named overleaf or any other place where the Carrier has contracted to receive the Goods, when such place is other than the Port of Lading.
