Final destination. Supplier declares, except as otherwise provided in the Special Conditions, that the Service and all of its component parts are not subject to any restriction on export to any country by SMAC. Supplier shall, at SMAC’s request, provide any signed export authorization on its part upon simple request by SMAC.

Durable Medical Equipment may require Prior Authorization. Only Durable Medical Equipment considered standard and/or basic as defined by nationally recognized guidelines are Covered.
