Placement Site Supervisor definition

Placement Site Supervisor means a person providing supervision to the student at the Placement Site. The parties have set out below the terms of their agreement:

  • Placement Site will notify appropriate University program in writing of any change or proposed change of the Placement Site Supervisor or designated contact person.
