Plaintiff Payments definition

Plaintiff Payments means the payments to be made to Plaintiffs to compensate them for their efforts in bringing this lawsuit and as consideration for their release of all claims of whatever nature that arise out of or relate to the Litigation in the following amounts: (1) four thousand dollars and no cents ($4,000) to each Plaintiff who submitted his or her vehicle for inspection and testing; and (2) twenty-five hundred dollars and no cents ($2,500) to each Plaintiff who did not submit his or her vehicle for inspection and testing (and who did not previously dismiss their claims), subject to approval of the Court.

  • Contingent Payments has the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(b).
