Plan Administration Agreement definition

Plan Administration Agreement means the agreement governing the role, rights, and responsibilities of the Plan Administrator. The Plan Administration Agreement will be filed as part of the Plan Supplement.
Plan Administration Agreement means the agreement among the Plan Administrator, the Debtors and the RBL Agent regarding the administration of the Plan Administration Process, which shall be acceptable to the Requisite Lenders, dated as of the Effective Date, and to be filed as part of the Plan Supplement.
