Examples of Plan Emergence Agreement in a sentence

  • Any outstanding Post-Filing Claims which are not New Canwest Liabilities or Post-Filing Claims of the CTLP Group Entities shall be paid by the Monitor, on behalf of the CMI Entities, from the Plan Implementation Fund in accordance with the Plan Emergence Agreement.
