Plan of Reorganization Documents definition

Plan of Reorganization Documents means those documents that are to be filed by the Filing Affiliates with the Bankruptcy Court seeking modifications to the Plan of Reorganization.
Plan of Reorganization Documents means the Plan of Reorganization and each document and agreement executed or delivered in connection with or relating to the restructuring effected by the Confirmation Orders which are attached to Exhibit H hereto.

  • Equity Documents means collectively the documents evidencing subscription to Equity to the extent of equity component of cost of the Project.

  • Bidding Documents means the set of Bidding Documents that preceded the placement of the Contract of which these GCC form a part, which were sold or issued by the Purchaser to potential Bidders, and in which the specifications, terms and conditions of the proposed procurement were prescribed.

  • Exit Facility Documents means, collectively, the Exit Credit Agreement, and all other agreements, documents, and instruments delivered or entered into in connection with the Exit Facility, including any guarantee agreements, pledge and collateral agreements, UCC financing statements or other perfection documents, intercreditor agreements, subordination agreements, fee letters, and other security documents.

  • Obligation Documents means the Credit Agreement, the Notes, the Loan Documents, and all other documents and instruments under, by reason of which, or pursuant to which any or all of the Secured Obligations are evidenced, governed, secured, or otherwise dealt with, and all other agreements, certificates, and other documents, instruments and writings heretofore or hereafter delivered in connection herewith or therewith.
