Planned Maintenance Services definition

Planned Maintenance Services means: a) inspecting and testing to ensure that the Maintained Equipment is functional; and b) making any adjustments or replacing any parts as may be required to ensure that the Maintained Equipment remains in Good Working Order.
Planned Maintenance Services means those services specified in Section 3.1(b)(i).
Planned Maintenance Services means those services specified in Section 3.1(b)(i). “Project(s)” has the meaning specified in the Preamble.

Examples of Planned Maintenance Services in a sentence

  • Unless Owner shall have agreed otherwise in writing, Provider shall use reasonable efforts to provide Planned Maintenance Services within the estimates set forth in the Annual Maintenance Plan.

  • ZEISS will provide all replacement parts necessary to repair, and, if Planned Maintenance Services are provided under this Agreement as described in Section 1.5 below, maintain the Equipment, with the exception of those parts listed in “Exclusions from Services” under Section 2 below.

  • Provider shall perform, or cause to be performed, Planned Maintenance Services and Unplanned Maintenance Services (together, “Maintenance Services”) as described herein.

  • For future years, Owner shall develop and submit to Provider a preliminary annual maintenance plan (the “Annual Maintenance Plan”) with respect to the Transmission Facilities, Leased Site and Structural Improvements, identifying the Planned Maintenance Services that Owner requests Provider perform in the succeeding calendar year (as described in Section 3.1) and the preliminary schedule for performing the same.

  • The Parties shall endeavor to agree in writing to a mutually acceptable budget for the Operation Services and Planned Maintenance Services by August 31 of the preceding calendar year in which it is to take effect (the “Budget”).

  • Where replacements and spare parts are not included in the agreed fee for the Planned Maintenance Services Sycous shall have the right to charge the Customer for the spare parts.

Related to Planned Maintenance Services

  • Maintenance Services means SAP’s then-current maintenance and/or support services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Planned Maintenance means any Maintenance BT has planned to do in advance.

  • Maintenance and Support Services means the services provided by Contractor under Appendix F.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Scheduled Maintenance means routine maintenance scheduled by Orange to implement generic changes to, or updates of, the Orange Services or the Orange Network.

  • Operation and Maintenance or “O&M” shall mean all activities required to operate, maintain, and monitor the effectiveness of the RA as specified in the SOW or any EPA-approved O&M Plan.

  • Deferred Maintenance means improvements necessary for continued operations which do not improve productivity or alter the process technology.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Software Maintenance means the process of modifying software after delivery to correct faults, improve performance or other attributes, or adapt to a changed environment. (Reference ISO/IEC 14764:2006, as amended or superseded.) Software maintenance does not include any customization or configuration.

  • Routine maintenance means actions performed on a regular or controllable basis or in response to uncontrollable events upon a highway, road, street, or bridge. Routine maintenance includes, but is not limited to, 1 or more of the following:

  • Installation Services means all those services ancillary to the supply of the Plant and Equipment for the Facilities, to be provided by the Contractor under the Contract; e.g., transportation and provision of marine or other similar insurance, inspection, expediting, site preparation works (including the provision and use of Contractor’s Equipment and the supply of all construction materials required), installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, operations, maintenance, the provision of operations and maintenance manuals, training, etc.

  • Technical Support Services means the technical support and maintenance Services provided by us according to our then-current technical support policy and procedure listed at xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (“Technical Support Policy”) when the Services are purchased.

  • Utility Services means physical plant including but not limited to pipes, valves, conduits, cables, terminals, transformers, etc. owned and operated by communications, television, hydro, gas and oil companies or any other utility companies.
