Planned Maintenance Services definition
Planned Maintenance Services means those services specified in Section 3.1(b)(i).
Planned Maintenance Services means: a) inspecting and testing to ensure that the Maintained Equipment is functional; and b) making any adjustments or replacing any parts as may be required to ensure that the Maintained Equipment remains in Good Working Order.
Planned Maintenance Services means those services specified in Section 3.1(b)(i). “Project(s)” has the meaning specified in the Preamble.
Examples of Planned Maintenance Services in a sentence
ZEISS will provide all replacement parts necessary to repair, and, if Planned Maintenance Services are provided under this Agreement as described in Section 6 below, maintain the Equipment, with the exception of those parts listed in “Exclusions from Services” under Section 2 below.
