Maintained Equipment definition

Maintained Equipment means the Equipment which will be repaired, replaced and serviced by CommsFM;
Maintained Equipment means Category 3 Equipment and Furniture;

Examples of Maintained Equipment in a sentence

  • Redcentric shall be entitled to refuse to provide further Services in relation to an End of Life item of Maintained Equipment if Redcentric believes, acting reasonably, that it has done everything it reasonably can in relation to that item.

  • No Service Level or guaranteed outcome shall apply in relation to any item of End of Life Maintained Equipment and if the Customer wants Redcentric to spend more time or effort in providing Services in relation to that item beyond the effort describe above, Redcentric will charge for that time and effort at the Professional Services Rates and the cost of any components used or replacements for the equipment or software at Redcentric’s then standard rate; the Customer shall pay those amounts.

  • The Customer shall allow Redcentric such access and provide such cooperation as Redcentric reasonably requires to conduct Pre-Maintenance Tests and pay the Charges stated in the Statement of Work for the Pre-Maintenance Tests (or if no amount is stated in the Statement of Work, Redcentric’s then current Charges for Pre-Maintenance Tests of the Maintained Equipment concerned).


More Definitions of Maintained Equipment

Maintained Equipment has the meaning set out in Appendix 4C [Plant Services]; “Maintenance” has the meaning set out in Appendix 4C [Plant Services];
Maintained Equipment means all Customer equipment listed on the Services Order Form to which Manx Telecom has agreed to provide the Customer Equipment Maintenance Services;
Maintained Equipment means the Equipment specified in the Headline Terms to receive Maintenance Services; “Maintenance Charges” means the Standard Maintenance Charges and the Additional Services Charges together;
Maintained Equipment means the equipment listed as such in the Quotation. “Maintained Software” means the software listed as such in the quotation.
Maintained Equipment means Category A2 Equipment, Category B2 Equipment and Category F1 Equipment;
Maintained Equipment means the System Equipment listed in Appendix C, which Contractor shall maintain under this Agreement.
