Planning and Zoning Committee definition

Planning and Zoning Committee means that committee or commission created or designated by the County Board under s. 59.69(2)(a), Wis. Stats, to act in all matters pertaining to County planning and zoning.
Planning and Zoning Committee means a committee of individuals appointed by the Council in accordance with Article 14-1 of this Code.
