Planning and Zoning definition

Planning and Zoning means the Planning and Zoning Department of the Office of Community Development.
Planning and Zoning means the Planning and Zoning Commission, a volunteer citizen advisory board of the City of Woodcreek that has been granted specific land use and development regulatory authority pursuant to City ordinances and state statutes.
