Scheduling Order means the scheduling order to be entered pursuant to Rule 23.1 of the Rules of the Court of Chancery, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C.
Mass in running order means the mass of the vehicle, with its fuel tank(s) filled to at least 90 per cent of its or their capacity/capacities, including the mass of the driver, fuel and liquids, fitted with the standard equipment in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and, when they are fitted, the mass of the bodywork, the cabin, the coupling and the spare wheel(s) as well as the tools.
Adopting Order means an order of the Bureau adopting the terms of this Consent Decree without change, addition, deletion, or modification.
Planning Submission or “CAPS” or “Community Accountability Planning Submission” means the HSP Board approved planning document submitted by the HSP to the LHIN. The form, content and scheduling of the Planning Submission will be identified by the LHIN;
Financing Order means an order of the commission approving the issuance of securitization bonds and the creation of securitization charges and any corresponding utility rate reductions.
Pending Order means an instruction from the Client to the Company to open a position once the price has reached the level of the Order.

Government Apprenticeship Programme “ means training which is funded by the Government via the National Apprenticeship Service.
relevant planning authority means the district planning authority for the area in which the land to which the relevant provision of this Order applies is situated;
local planning authority in relation to an area means⎯
Indigenous Peoples Planning Framework or “IPPF” means the indigenous peoples planning framework for the Investment Program, including any update thereto, agreed between the Borrower and ADB and incorporated by reference in the FFA;
Planning Commission means the City’s Planning Commission.
Financing Orders means, collectively, the Interim Order and the Final Order.
County review agency means an agency designated by the County Board of Chosen Freeholders to review municipal stormwater management plans and implementing ordinance(s). The county review agency may either be:
Stormwater management planning agency means a public body authorized by legislation to prepare stormwater management plans.

Municipal Planning Tribunal means the Municipal Planning Tribunal for the municipal area established in terms of section 33, the joint Municipal Planning Tribunal established in terms of section 45 or the District Municipal Planning Tribunal established in terms of section 49;
Tariff Order means the Telecommunication (Broadcasting and Cable) Services (Eighth) (Addressable Systems) Tariff Order, 2017;
Planning Period means the 12 moths beginning June 1 and extending through May 31 of the following year, or such other period approved by the Members Committee.
Planning Agreement means an agreement, undertaking or obligation pursuant to the provisions of section 106 Town and Country Planning Act 1990 or section 111 of the Local Government Act 1972, section 33 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 or an infrastructure agreement pursuant to section 38 or section 278 of the Highways Act 1980 or the section 104 of the Water Industry Act 1991;
Planning means research, testing, analysis and design required for implementation of a Project.
Clinical supervisor means an individual who provides clinical supervision.
