Examples of Plans Due Date in a sentence

  • Without limiting the foregoing, Tenant shall cause the Plans Completion Date (defined below) to occur on or before the Plans Due Date (defined below).

  • If the Plans are not fully completed and approved by the Plans Due Date, Tenant shall be responsible for one day of Tenant Delay (as defined in the Lease to which this Exhibit is attached) for each day during the period beginning on the day following the Plans Due Date and ending on the date completed Plans are approved.

  • If Tenant fails to furnish to Landlord complete Plans by the Plans Due Date, then Landlord shall provide Tenant with a written notice (a “Plan Notice”) that contains substantially the following statement in bold and capital letters: “THIS IS A REMINDER THAT TENANT WAS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT PLANS BY JANUARY 1, 2017 PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 1.1 OF THE NINTH AMENDMENT TO LEASE.

Related to Plans Due Date

  • Premium Due Date means date specified in the Schedule on which the Instalment Premium will become due.

  • Bill Due Date means thirty (30) calendar days from the bill date.

  • Allowance Date means the date on which a Claim becomes an Allowed Claim.

  • Payment Due Date means the date by which the Date of Payment must occur, in accordance with the provisions of Sections 504.3 through 504.5 of this Exhibit, in order for NYSERDA not to be liable for interest pursuant to Section 504.6.

  • Policy Issuance Date means the date of first issuance of these Terms and Benefits.
