Platform Contract definition

Platform Contract means a digital contract of insurance or reinsurance concluded using the Platform in relation to a Risk. Each Insurer that concludes a contract over the Platform will have concluded a Platform Contract in respect of the relevant proportion of the relevant Risk assumed by that Insurer, and this shall be without prejudice to the existence of any other Platform Contracts concluded in relation to that Risk by other Market Users. Each Insurer's proportion of the Risk will be several and not joint. Unless the context otherwise requires, Platform Contract shall include reference to any related or associated Endorsement.
Platform Contract means the Platform Contract attached to these Standard Terms and Conditions.
