Platform Transfer definition

Platform Transfer means the contribution of a Platform and related Platform Assets to CIT Bank.
Platform Transfer means an operating environment supported by Company, which is different than the operating environment for which Software was originally licensed.
Platform Transfer means the transfer of the Games to the Acquirer Development Account(s) on all Platforms. Seller shall conduct the Platform Transfer, provided that Acquirer has deposited the full Closing Amount with the Escrow Agent and provided written notification from the Escrow Agent confirming receipt of the same, and will provide written notification of the completion of the Platform Transfer to Acquirer. The Platform Transfer will be complete upon acknowledgment by Acquirer to such effect.

  • Permitted Transfer has the meaning set forth in Section 10.02.

  • Funds-transfer system means a wire transfer network, automated clearinghouse, or other communication system of a clearinghouse or other association of banks through which a payment order by a bank may be transmitted to the bank to which the order is addressed.
