Platform Assets definition

Platform Assets means, with respect to any Platform, any and all employees, assets (excluding Portfolio Assets and trade accounts receivable, but including the underlying trade finance contracts), personnel, systems, intellectual property, books and records, contracts and contractual rights, and other assets necessary for the operation of such Platform.
Platform Assets means the assets, integrations, automations, workflows, and other components that can be designed, configured, created, used, and shared by the Users within the Workato Platform, such as Recipes, Connectors, pages, table storage, file storage, Workflow Apps, Genie, and Workbots, each as further defined and described in the Documentation. Platform Assets can be developed by Workato, the Account Holder, third party providers or other Users.
Platform Assets means the Platform, Documentation, and Content.

Examples of Platform Assets in a sentence

  • During the Subscription Term, Workato permits Account Holder to design, configure, create, use, and share the Platform Assets with other Users and a limited, royalty-free and non-exclusive sublicense to install, duplicate and modify Community Platform Assets in its Account.

  • Such Platform Assets will become part of the Community Platform Assets.

  • Workato will not be liable for Account Holder’s use of, and will not provide any indemnity, warranties, or representations for the Community Platform Assets.

  • Severity Level Definition Severity 1 Major service disruption to the Platform Assets that are running in the Production Environment.

  • Use and sharing of the Community Platform Assets is subject to the acceptable use policy at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/legal/community ("AUP”), as may be updated from time to time.

  • The Platform Assets and other deliverables that Workato furnishes as part of Professional Services are licensed to Account Holder in accordance with Section 3(b)(i) below and Account Holder may use them only in connection with Account Holder’s authorized use of the Workato Platform under this Agreement.

  • Any Platform Assets created and marked public by any third party will be available to all customers and are provided “AS-IS” (the “Community Platform Assets”).

  • Workato shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless Account Holder, its Affiliates and each of its and its Affiliates’ officers, directors, agents and employees from all claims, demands, proceedings, or suits brought by an unaffiliated third party alleging that the Workato Platform (excluding the Account Holder Data, and Platform Assets created by Account Holder or any third party) infringes or misappropriates the intellectual property rights or proprietary rights of such third party.


More Definitions of Platform Assets

Platform Assets means the assets related to the mortgage loan servicing platform and, in the Series Administrator’s sole discretion, the residential loan origination platform.
Platform Assets means the assets, integrations, automations, workflows, and other components that can be designed, configured, created, used, and shared by the Users within the Embedded Software, such as Recipes, Connectors, table storage, file storage, and Workbots, each as further defined and described in the Documentation. Platform Assets can be developed by Workato, the Company, third party providers or other Users.
Platform Assets means, as applicable, (i) all Investments in your investment portfolio and cash held with your Investment Custodian, (ii) any amounts held by you in an e-wallet with your E-Money Provider and/or (iii) any other assets you may from time to time hold with or through Sidekick in connection with your Platform activities.
Platform Assets means, to the extent owned exclusively by a Seller or Sellers, all goodwill associated with any Sellers’ role as a Servicing Party, including, without limitation, the software applications described on Schedule IV hereto, know-how and servicing policies and procedures.

Related to Platform Assets

  • Program Assets means any assets, goods or property (real, tangible or intangible) purchased or financed in whole or in part (directly or indirectly) by MCC Funding.

  • Business Assets means all tangible and intangible property and assets owned (either directly or indirectly), leased, licensed, loaned, operated or used, including all real property, fixed assets, facilities, equipment, inventories and accounts receivable, by the Corporation and the Subsidiaries in connection with the Business;

  • Project Assets means all physical and other assets relating to (a) tangible assets such as civil works and equipment including foundations, embankments, pavements, road surface, interchanges, bridges, culverts, road over-bridges, drainage works, traffic signals, sign boards, kilometer-stones, [toll plaza(s)], electrical systems, communication systems, rest areas, relief centers, maintenance depots and administrative offices; and (b) Project Facilities situated on the Site;

  • The Properties means and refer to all such existing properties, and additions thereto, as are subject to this Declaration or any Supplemental Declaration under the provisions of Article II, hereof.

  • Personal Property means all machinery, equipment, furniture, furnishings, movable walls or partitions, computers (and all associated software), trade fixtures and other personal property (but excluding consumable inventory and supplies owned by Tenant) used in connection with the Leased Property, together with all replacements and alterations thereof and additions thereto, except items, if any, included within the definition of Fixtures or Improvements.

  • Field emission equipment means equipment which uses an x-ray tube in which electron emission from the cathode is due solely to the action of an electric field.

  • Operating Property means any property owned, leased, or operated by the Party in question or by any of its Subsidiaries or in which such Party or Subsidiary holds a security interest or other interest (including an interest in a fiduciary capacity), and, where required by the context, includes the owner or operator of such property, but only with respect to such property.

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • Business Intellectual Property means the Owned Intellectual Property and the Licensed Intellectual Property.
