Platform Assets definition

Platform Assets means, with respect to any Platform, any and all employees, assets (excluding Portfolio Assets and trade accounts receivable, but including the underlying trade finance contracts), personnel, systems, intellectual property, books and records, contracts and contractual rights, and other assets necessary for the operation of such Platform.
Platform Assets means the assets, integrations, automations, workflows, and other components that can be designed, configured, created, used, and shared by the Users within the Workato Platform, such as Recipes, Connectors, pages, table storage, file storage, Workflow Apps, Genie, and Workbots, each as further defined and described in the Documentation. Platform Assets can be developed by Workato, the Account Holder, third party providers or other Users.
Platform Assets means, with respect to any Platform, any and all employees, assets (excluding Portfolio Assets and trade accounts receivables, but including the underlying trade finance contracts), personnel, systems, intellectual property, books and records, contracts and contractual rights, and other assets necessary for the operation of the Platform.

Examples of Platform Assets in a sentence

  • Such Platform Assets will become part of the Community Platform Assets.

  • Workato wishes to provide access and use of the Workato Embedded Edition to Company for the benefit of its Customers and Company wishes to access, use and purchase the same for the purpose of providing Platform Assets such as Connectors and Recipes for the Company Service to its Customers pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • Workato will not be liable for Company’s use of, and will not provide any indemnity, warranties, or representations for the Community Platform Assets.

  • During the Subscription Term, Workato permits Company to design, configure, create, use, and share the Platform Assets with other Users and a limited, royalty-free and non-exclusive sublicense to install, duplicate and modify Community Platform Assets in its Account.

  • Use and sharing of the Community Platform Assets is subject to the acceptable use policy at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/legal/community ("AUP”), as may be updated from time to time.

  • Any Platform Assets created and marked public by any third party, will be available to all customers and are provided “AS-IS”, (the “Community Platform Assets”).

  • Company shall ensure that it has procured and will maintain the right to create the Platform Assets to integrate with the Third-Party Applications, and Company grants Workato a limited and royalty-free license to use, practice, perform, and process its private Platform Assets, provided that Workato shall not resell any private Platform Assets and private Platform Assets are deemed to be Confidential Information of Company under Section 7 below.


More Definitions of Platform Assets

Platform Assets means the assets, integrations, automations, workflows, and other components that can be designed, configured, created, used, and shared by the Users within the Embedded Software, such as Recipes, Connectors, table storage, file storage, and Workbots, each as further defined and described in the Documentation. Platform Assets can be developed by Workato, the Company, third party providers or other Users.
Platform Assets means, to the extent owned exclusively by a Seller or Sellers, all goodwill associated with any Sellers’ role as a Servicing Party, including, without limitation, the software applications described on Schedule IV hereto, know-how and servicing policies and procedures.
Platform Assets means the assets related to the mortgage loan servicing platform and, in the Series Administrator’s sole discretion, the residential loan origination platform.
Platform Assets means the Platform, Documentation, and Content.
Platform Assets means, as applicable, (i) all Investments in your investment portfolio and cash held with your Investment Custodian, (ii) any amounts held by you in an e-wallet with your E-Money Provider and/or (iii) any other assets you may from time to time hold with or through Sidekick in connection with your Platform activities.

Related to Platform Assets

  • Related Business Assets means assets (other than cash or Cash Equivalents) used or useful in a Similar Business; provided that any assets received by the Issuer or a Restricted Subsidiary in exchange for assets transferred by the Issuer or a Restricted Subsidiary shall not be deemed to be Related Business Assets if they consist of securities of a Person, unless upon receipt of the securities of such Person, such Person would become a Restricted Subsidiary.

  • Property, Plant and Equipment means any item of real property, or any interest therein, buildings, improvements and machinery.

  • Project Assets means all physical and other assets relating to (a) tangible assets such as civil works and equipment including foundations, embankments, pavements, road surface, interchanges, bridges, culverts, road over-bridges, drainage works, traffic signals, sign boards, kilometre-stones, [toll plaza(s)], electrical systems, communication systems, rest areas, relief centres, maintenance depots and administrative offices; and (b) Project Facilities situated on the Site;

  • Open video system means an open video system authorized pursuant to 47 U.S.C. § 573 and, for

  • Personal Property means any machinery, equipment, tools, vehicles, furniture, leasehold improvements, office equipment, plant, parts and other tangible personal property.

  • Operating Property means any property owned, leased, or operated by the Party in question or by any of its Subsidiaries or in which such Party or Subsidiary holds a security interest or other interest (including an interest in a fiduciary capacity), and, where required by the context, includes the owner or operator of such property, but only with respect to such property.

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;
