Examples of Platform Update in a sentence

  • If Aduro does provide a Platform Update during the Platform Early Update Period, so long as such early Platform Update meets the criteria set forth on the Platform Update Schedule, JBI will pay Aduro a non-refundable early platform update payment of [*].

  • Software Update means a release of Software, in object code form, or firmware, which provides minor fixes, improvements and modifications to the Software or Equipment.   • Forward-Looking Information means disclosure regarding possible events, conditions or financial performance that is based on assumptions about future economic conditions and courses of action and includes future-oriented financial information with respect to prospective financial performance, financial position or cash flows that is presented as a forecast or a projection;

  • Customer Materials any materials, data, information, software, equipment or other resources owned by or licensed to You and made available to Us pursuant to facilitating Your use of the Services, including Customer Data.
