Player Attributes means a player’s name, nickname, Picture, portrait, image, signature, voice or other identifiable attributes and, to the extent that she has rights therein, biographical data.

Examples of Player Attributes in a sentence

  • A Player owns her Player Attributes and consents to NZRU measuring those Player Attributes and using the information generated by such measurement (PPI) in accordance with this Part.

  • For purposes of clarity, the foregoing rights of the NBA, League-related entities, and the Teams include the right and authority to use, and to authorize others to use, after the term of this Contract, any Player Attributes fixed in a tangible medium (e.g., filmed, photographed, recorded or otherwise captured) during the term of this Contract solely for the purposes described herein.

  • Licensee acknowledges that this Agreement does not grant any licenses or rights to Licensee with respect to the use of names, likenesses or other attributes of any NBA players ("Player Attributes").

Related to Player Attributes

  • Combined Sewer means a sewer receiving both surface runoff and sewage.

  • Environmental Attributes means any emissions and renewable energy credits, energy conservation credits, benefits, offsets and allowances, emission reduction credits or words of similar import or regulatory effect (including emissions reduction credits or allowances under all applicable emission trading, compliance or budget programs, or any other federal, state or regional emission, renewable energy or energy conservation trading or budget program) that have been held, allocated to or acquired for the development, construction, ownership, lease, operation, use or maintenance of the Company as of: (i) the date of this Agreement; and (ii) future years for which allocations have been established and are in effect as of the date of this Agreement.

  • Customer Group means Customer and any of its Affiliates;
