Green Attributes means any and all credits, benefits, emissions reductions, offsets, and allowances, howsoever entitled, attributable to the generation from the Project, and its avoided emission of pollutants. Such invoice shall set forth in reasonable detail the quantity of Green Attributes transferred, the price, and the total payment owed to Buyer.
