Plus COMPANY Content definition

Plus COMPANY Content means sound recordings owned or controlled by COMPANY and in which COMPANY has cleared (as provided in Section 4 below) the necessary rights to authorize electronic sales and sound recording performances in Plus eMaster format by ITUNES pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
Plus COMPANY Content means music videos, including, without limitation, audio and video files, owned or controlled by COMPANY and in which COMPANY has cleared (as provided in Section 4 below) the necessary rights to authorize electronic sales and audio-visual performances in Plus eMaster format by ITUNES pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

Related to Plus COMPANY Content

  • Company Content means all editorial content, graphics, data, and information contained in the Report or on the Website, any portion thereof, including the selection, coordination, and arrangement of the editorial content, graphics, data, and information on the Website, and the hierarchy of the Website.

  • Customer Content means all software, data (including personal data), information, text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-AVEVA or third-party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by Customer, any of Customer’s users, or on behalf of Customer that is stored in, or run on or through, the Products and Support Services.

  • User Content means any comments, remarks, data, feedback, content, text, photographs, images, video, music, or other content or information that you or any Site Visitor or User post to any part of the Site or provide to Upwork, including such content or information that is posted as a result of questions.

  • Synchronous Optical Network (SONET means the optical interface standard that allows inter-networking of transmission products from multiple vendors. The base rate is 51.84 Mbps (“OC 1/STS 1”) and higher rates are direct multiples of the base rate, up to 13.22 Gbps.

  • Company Website means the collection of web pages that may be accessed on the World Wide Web using the URL address xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx or such other address as the Company may from time to time designate in writing to the Trustee.

  • Company Contributions means the contributions made by the Company pursuant to Section 3.3.

  • Sprint means a set period of time during which specific work is realized and made ready for review.

  • Company Data means all data collected, generated, or received in connection with the marketing, delivery, or use of any Company Product, including Company-Licensed Data, Company-Owned Data and Personal Data.

  • Company Software means Software owned or purported to be owned by or developed by or for the Company or any Company Subsidiary.

  • Internet Service Provider (ISP) means an Enhanced Service Provider (ESP) that provides Internet Services.

  • Company Contribution means that portion of the main extension costs which the Company will fund based upon the following formula:

  • Company Service Provider means an employee, individual consultant, individual independent contractor, individual self-employed contractor, leased or temporary employee or director of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Service Switching Point (SSP means the telephone Central Office Switch equipped with a Signaling System 7 (SS7) interface.

  • Company Cash means all cash on hand or on deposit to the credit of the Company on the Closing Date;
