PM Change Cost Estimate definition

PM Change Cost Estimate means and refer to written notice from Landlord to Tenant of the estimated incremental costs related to the PM Change.

Related to PM Change Cost Estimate

  • Cost Estimate means the detailed projected expenditure, including material costs and overhead, equipment costs and overhead, labor costs and overhead, and all taxes associated with each major material and service component, required for a line extension. It shall also separately identify any incremental costs associated with providing premium services. The Company may, for the purpose of standardization, establish standard construction cost estimates, for basic or premium service plans, which shall not exceed, in any event, the average cost of constructing such line extensions in the area involved, in which case the term “cost estimate” as used in this section will be understood to mean the standard estimate thus established.

  • Current closure cost estimate means the most recent of the estimates pre- pared in accordance with § 265.142 (a), (b), and (c).

  • BASE budget means the minimum general fund budget of a district, which includes 80% of the basic

  • Estimated Incremental Quarterly Tax Amount has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.9.

  • Current Assessed Value means the assessed value of the District certified by the municipal assessor as of April 1st of each year that the District remains in effect.

  • Project Expenses means usual and customary operating and financial costs. The term does not include extraordinary capital expenses, development fees and other non-operating expenses.

  • Cost Share means the member’s financial obligation for a covered Service. Depending on the plan type, Cost Share may include one or more of the following: deductible, Copay, Access Fee, and Coinsurance.

  • E-Statement means an electronic version of daily confirms, monthly, quarterly or annual statements, and shareholder tax statements created with investor transaction data housed on DST’s TA2000® mutual fund record keeping system, with images available online via a secure web site.

  • Estimate means to be based on technical evaluation of the sources contributing to the discharge including, but not limited to, pump capabilities, water meters, and batch discharge volumes.

  • Increased Assessed Value means, for each Fiscal Year during the term of this Agreement, the amount by which the Current Assessed Value for such year exceeds the Original Assessed Value. If the Current Assessed Value is less than or equal to the Original Assessed Value in any given Tax Year, there is no Increased Assessed Value in that year.

  • Annual Specified Amount means $400,000 escalated on each Anniversary Date by the percentage by which the CPI last published prior to such Anniversary Date has increased over the CPI last published prior to the grant of the Burswood Casino Licence.

  • Annual Statement means the annual statutory financial statement of any Insurance Subsidiary required to be filed with the insurance commissioner (or similar authority) of its jurisdiction of incorporation, which statement shall be in the form required by such Insurance Subsidiary’s jurisdiction of incorporation or, if no specific form is so required, in the form of financial statements permitted by such insurance commissioner (or such similar authority) to be used for filing annual statutory financial statements and shall contain the type of information permitted by such insurance commissioner (or such similar authority) to be disclosed therein, together with all exhibits or schedules filed therewith.

  • Contract Term Adjustment means adjustment only as provided for in the three circumstances described in this Subsection. Under these circumstances, the contract term shall be adjusted in writing to include additional calendar days in one or more Normal Operating Seasons equal to the actual time lost, except as limited by paragraph (b) in this Subsection.

  • Operating parameter value means a minimum or maximum value established for a control device or process parameter that, if achieved by itself or in combination with one (1) or more other operating parameter values, determines that an owner or operator has complied with an applicable emission limit.
