PMSI Property definition

PMSI Property means the personal property listed on Schedule “D” to this Order;
PMSI Property means any tangible personal property contemplated by PPS Legislation and any proceeds to which a PMSI attaches.
PMSI Property means any Property of the Borrowers or any Subsidiary (a) now owned which is encumbered by a Permitted Lien in respect of the financing thereof other than in favor of Bank One or the Subordinated Lender or (b) hereafter acquired and encumbered by Liens permitted under Section 9.2(g).

  • Subject Property means any premises located in the County on which an energy efficiency improvements, water efficiency improvements, or renewable resource applications are being or have been made and financed through an outstanding PACE loan.
