Point of Attachment definition

Point of Attachment means the point, as set forth in Exhibit J (A), where the Interconnection Facilities connect to LIPA’s System.
Point of Attachment means the dollar amount above which stop-loss coverage will apply as indicated in Item Four-A.2, Item Four-A.3, and/or Item Four-B.2 of Exhibit Number One to this Agreement.
Point of Attachment means the dollar amount above which Stop Loss Insurance will apply as indicated in Items A.7. and/or B.4. of the most current Application to this Policy provided, however, that the Point of Attachment for Aggregate Stop Loss Insurance shall never be less than the minimum specified in Item A.7. of the most current Application.

Examples of Point of Attachment in a sentence

  • If the Point of Attachment exceeds the Paid Claims, then no Aggregate Stop-Loss benefit shall be payable to the Member.

More Definitions of Point of Attachment

Point of Attachment means the point at which aerial conductors of the service line or aerial consumers mains are terminated on a customer’s building, pole or structure.
