Service Line. “Service Line” means (a) any Facility line, the function of which is to directly connect the improvements on an individual property (e.g., a single family residence or an industrial warehouse) to another Facility line located off such property, which other Facility line connects more than one such individual line to a larger system, and (b) any cable or conduit that supplies an active feed from Facilities to activate or energize governmental lighting and electrical systems, traffic control systems, communication systems or irrigation systems. The term Service Line also includes any Facility on public or private property that services structures located on such property.

Service Line. If the standard required of the Settlement System Administrator for the performance of a Service is included in the Service Line for that Service, such standard shall be deemed to be the standard to which the Settlement System Administrator will be required to perform to discharge its duty of care under sub-section 4.1 in respect of that Service.

Backflow – A hydraulic condition, caused by a difference in pressure, in which non-potable water or other fluids flow into a potable water system. Anti-Siphon Devices – Devices installed on a plumbing system or service line to prevent backflow into the potable water system. User– The person (s) or legal entity whose name appears on the “Water Service and Easement

Service Line. Section 31.8 of the collective agreement states that no Employee shall be permitted to take more than three (3) weeks of their vacation in any year in prime time. Prime time is defined as the eleven (11) weeks prior to Labour Day. When a week of vacation becomes vacant by way of cancellation, that week shall be offered to Employees in order of seniority. Any Employee that takes the cancelled week must be subject to Section 31.8 of the collective agreement. In the event that no Employee wishes the cancelled week according to Section 31.8 each Employee will have the opportunity, in order of seniority, to take the week and Section 31.8 will not apply. In the event that no Employee wishes the cancelled week and the work remains vacant, first come first serve basis will apply. Each Employee, on the date of sign-up will be given the opportunity to book their float/vacation days in order of seniority. This in no way means that each Employee has to book their float/vacation days at this time, but will ensure that Employees get the days they need provided they are the highest seniority Employee to book for that day. After the day of sign-up vacation days will be booked on first come first serve basis. The Employer agrees that they shall allow a minimum of two (2) members of the Service Line to be off on floater/vacation days on any given day.
Service Line. The Contractor will be required to allocate a telephone and fax line for job transmissions. Other methods of communicating bookings may be mutually agreed.

Service Line of the collective agreement states that no employee shall be permitted to take more that two (2) weeks of his vacation between June 15 and September 15. Service Line. The Member shall install and maintain at the Member’s expense, a service line which shall begin at the meter and extend to the dwelling or place of use. The service line shall remain the exclusive property of the Member. The service line shall connect with the distribution system of the Corporation at the nearest place of described use by the Member, provided the Corporation has determined in advance that the system has sufficient capacity to permit delivery of water at that point. In a like manner, the Corporation shall be responsible for and maintain its distribution system. The Member understands and agrees that the distribution system of the Corporation is its exclusive property.
Service Line. Respondents with a published catalog may submit the entire catalog. Region 4 ESC reserves the right to select services within the catalog for award without having to award all contents. Region 4 ESC may reject any addition of service options without cause.
