Point of standards application definition

Point of standards application means the specific location, depth or distance from a facility, activity or practice at which the concentration of a substance in groundwater is measured for purposes of determining whether a preventive action limit or an enforcement standard has been attained or exceeded.
Point of standards application means a point of standards application as defined in s. ATCP 31.01 (13).

  • Functional Specifications means the descriptions of features and functions of the Application as expressly set forth in Quote.

  • Brand Name or Equal Specification means a specification which uses one or more manufacturer’s names or catalogue numbers to describe the standard of quality, performance, and other characteristics needed to meet District requirements, and which provides for the submission of equivalent products.
