Policy Fee Letter definition

Policy Fee Letter means the fee letter, dated as of the Initial Closing Date from the Policy Provider to the Issuer, Guarantor, the Trustees and the Drawing Agent setting forth the Policy Premium and certain other amounts payable in respect of the Policy.
Policy Fee Letter means the fee letter, dated as of the date hereof, from the Policy Provider to Continental and acknowledged by the Trustee, setting forth the fees and premiums payable with respect to the Policy.
Policy Fee Letter means the fee letter, dated as of May 8, 2007 from the Policy Provider to the Issuer and the Trustee setting forth the Policy Premium and certain other amounts payable in respect of the Policy.
