Pollution Incident definition

Pollution Incident means an occurrence or series of occurrences having the same origin, which results or may result in a discharge of oil and/or hazardous and noxious substances and which poses or may pose a threat to the marine environment, or to the coastline or related interests of one or more States, and which requires emergency action or other immediate response;
Pollution Incident means a discharge of any Hazardous Material to the Environment in breach of any Applicable Laws;
Pollution Incident means emission, discharge, release or escape of "pollutants" into or upon land, the atmosphere, or any watercourse or body of water, provided that such emission, discharge, release or escape results in "environmental damage". The entirety of any such emission, discharge, release or escape shall be deemed to be one "pollution incident".

Pollution Incident means an incident or set of circumstances during or as a consequence of which there is or is likely to be a leak, spill or other escape or deposit of a substance, as a result of which pollution has occurred, is occurring or is likely to occur.
