Terrorist Incident definition
Terrorist Incident means an act of violence by any person acting on behalf of or in connection with any organization which is generally recognized as having the intent to overthrow or influence the control of any government, that is deemed terrorism by the United States Government other than civil disorder or riot, that is not an act of war, declared or undeclared, that results in Loss of life or major damage to property.

There is no Terrorism Coverage, however, if the Terrorist Incident occurs in a country where the U.S. State Department had issued a travel advisory or travel warning of level 4 (“Do Not Travel”) prior to Your Effective Date for this coverage and the travel advisory or travel warning of level 4 was still in effect when this coverage took effect.
In addition, notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, a Terrorist Incident shall trigger Trip Interruption coverage, provided the Terrorist Incident occurs in a domestic or foreign city in which You are presently located or in which You are scheduled to arrive.
