Pool Balance Decline means, with respect to any Payment Date, the decline -------------------- on the Pool Balance from the opening of the related Collection Period to the end of the related Collection Period.

The Lower-Tier Principal Balance of any Lower-Tier Regular Interest may be increased on a particular Distribution Date as and to the extent contemplated by Section 4.01(g) of this Agreement.

  • Original Class B-5 Principal Balance The Class B-5 Principal Balance as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.15.

  • Original Class Principal Balance means, with respect to any Class of Principal Balance Certificates, the initial Class Principal Balance thereof as of the Closing Date, in each case as specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Adjusted Principal Balance As to any Distribution Date and any Class of Class B Certificates, the greater of (A) zero and (B) (i) the Principal Balance of such Class with respect to such Distribution Date minus (ii) the Adjustment Amount for such Distribution Date less the Principal Balances for any Classes of Class B Certificates with higher numerical designations.
