Pool Customer definition

Pool Customer means a recipient of Firm Transportation Service provided by the Company under Tariff Sheet Nos. 33, 36, 37 or 52 who receives gas supply from a Supplier as a member of a Pool.

  • The Pool Customer shall receive one bill from the Company that indicates the name of the Supplier from whom the customer is receiving its gas supply and includes an amount for the Supplier’s gas supply charges in accordance with the pricing arrangements agreed upon between the Supplier and the customer, including any taxes for which the Supplier must collect.

  • The Pool Customer will be responsible for making payment to the Company for the entire amount shown on the bill, including both the Company’s and the Supplier’s charges.

  • In the event more than one Supplier includes the same Pool Customer on their enrollment files to begin the same period, the customer will be assigned to the Supplier whose acceptable enrollment was first processed by the Company.

  • If Choice Supplier's Choice Pool Customer is entitled to an exemption from any such Taxes or charges, Choice Supplier is also responsible for collecting and maintaining Ohio sales tax exemption certificates from those Choice Customers who are not required to pay the sales tax and communicating same to CenterPoint via EDI files, so that CenterPoint can charge the appropriate tax to Choice Supplier's Choice Pool Customers.
