Port Community System definition

Port Community System means the inventory linking system (or any electronic data system which replaces it) adopted by ABP from time to time for use by ABP, the Customer, shipping lines, agents, freight forwarding companies, cargo brokers and others for customs clearance and inventory control of imports and exports of Goods;
Port Community System means an electronic platform for the exchange of information between public and private stakeholders to ensure smooth port and logistics processes;
Port Community System the computer system used by the Supplier, shipping lines, agents, forwarders, hauliers, freight operating companies and other persons for the purpose of customs clearance and inventory control of imports and exports and any electronic data system that may succeed it.
