Portland Property definition

Portland Property means that certain Individual Property referred to as the Residence Inn Portland Downtown/Lxxxx Center having an address at 700 XX Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxx 00000.
Portland Property means that certain real property located in Portland, Oregon to be known as “Courtyard at Mt. Xxxxx” which is owned by Portland Property Owner.
Portland Property. The description set forth on Schedule C accurately reflects all interests of Seller in the Portland Property;
