POSSESSION AND CLOSING. Possession of the Property shall be delivered to Purchaser by Seller at the Closing, subject to the Permitted Exceptions and the rights of the Tenants under Tenant Leases. Purchaser shall make its own arrangements for the provision of public utilities to the Property and Seller shall terminate its contracts with such utility companies that provide services to the Property.
POSSESSION AND CLOSING. If BUYERS timely perform all obligations, possession of the Property shall be delivered to Buyers on April 10, 2020, and any adjustments of rent, insurance, interest and all charges attributable to the SELLERS' possession shall be made as of the date of possession. Closing shall occur after the approval of title by BUYERS and vacation of the Property by XXXXXXX, but prior to possession by BUYERS. SELLERS agree to permit BUYERS to inspect the Property within 0 hours prior to closing to assure that the premises are in the condition required by this Agreement. If possession is given on a day other than closing, the parties shall make a separate agreement with adjustments as of the date of possession. This transaction shall be considered closed: Upon the delivery of the title transfer documents to BUYERS and receipt of all funds then due at closing from BUYERS under the Agreement.
POSSESSION AND CLOSING. Settlement or closing shall be on or before JANUARY 10, 2024 , or after objections to title have been cleared. Possession of the property shall be delivered to the Buyer on SEE 31(A) in its present condition, ordinary wear and tear excepted.

Possession of the property shall be delivered to the Buyer on CLOSING in its present condition, ordinary wear and tear excepted. If closing is delayed at fault of Buyer, Buyer shall pay 6 % interest on all unpaid amounts from January 20, 2023 to date of closing. Buyer will not pay interest under this provision if closing is delayed at the fault of Seller.
POSSESSION AND CLOSING. Seller shall deliver possession of the Property free and clear of all liens and encumbrances and subject to the rights of tenants in possession through February 28, 2022, to Buyer concurrently with the closing of this transaction which shall be held on or before October 6th, 2021. Closing shall be held at the offices of Chicago Title Insurance Company, or at another mutually acceptable location.
POSSESSION AND CLOSING. Seller shall deliver possession of the Premises to Buyer concurrently with the closing of this transaction which shall be held on such date within a period of 180 days after the date of execution of this Contract by Seller and at such place as the parties may agree.

If BUYERS timely perform all obligations, Closing shall take place, and possession of the Property shall be delivered to BUYERS, as soon as possible after completion of BUYERS’ title examination, on a date mutually agreed upon by the parties, but in any case not later than December 15, 2023. This transaction shall be considered closed upon the delivery of the title transfer documents to BUYERS and receipt of all funds then due at closing from BUYERS under the Agreement.
POSSESSION AND CLOSING. Seller shall give Buyers possession of the Real Estate at Closing, provided Buyers are not in default under this Contract. Closing shall be on, or about, July 1, 2024. The Closing shall occur at a place mutually acceptable to the parties and, in the absence of such an agreement, at Fehseke & Gray Law Offices in Fort Madison, Iowa.

SELLERS agree to permit BUYERS to inspect the Property within 0 hours prior to closing to assure that the premises are in the condition required by this Agreement. If possession is given on a day other than closing, the parties shall make a separate agreement with adjustments as of the date of possession. This transaction shall be considered closed:
A. Upon the delivery of the title transfer documents to BUYERS and receipt of all funds then due at closing from BUYERS under the Agreement.
B. (If "A" is stricken) Upon the filing of the title transfer documents and receipt of all funds due at closing from BUYERS under the Agreement.
