Possession of a substance means situations where a student has on his person, within his personal property, within his vehicle, within school property assigned to him or under his control, a substance prohibited under this Rule, while on school property or at a school sponsored or school-related activity or event. Small or trace amounts of a prohibited substance constitute possession of a substance, and positive results from alcohol or other drug screening and testing technology are evidence of the possession of prohibited substances.
