Prohibited Substances definition

Prohibited Substances means chemical substances mentioned in paragraph 3 of this schedule.

Prohibited Substances has the meaning as described in Section 6 below. The termUnauthorized User/Passenger” has the meaning as described in Section 6 below. The term “Addendum” has the meaning as described in Section 9 below. The term “Prohibited Acts” has the meaning as described in Section 13 below.

More Definitions of Prohibited Substances

Prohibited Substances. A drug is defined as any substance which may affect mental or motor function including but not limited to illegal drugs, controlled substances, designer drugs, synthetic drugs and look-alike drugs. Alcohol is defined as any beverage or substance containing alcohol.

Prohibited Substances means any drugs or controlled substances whose use, manufacture, distribution or possession are prohibited or restricted by any law, whether federal, state, or local law (other than drugs and controlled substances maintained and sold in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws).
