Prohibited Substances definition

Prohibited Substances means chemical substances mentioned in paragraph 3 of this schedule.

Prohibited Substances has the meaning as described in Section 6 below. The termUnauthorized User/Passenger” has the meaning as described in Section 6 below. The term “Addendum” has the meaning as described in Section 9 below. The term “Prohibited Acts” has the meaning as described in Section 13 below.

Examples of Prohibited Substances in a sentence

  • For purposes of applying Article 10, Substances of Abuse shall include those Prohibited Substances which are specifically identified as Substances of Abuse on the Prohibited List because they are frequently abused in society outside of the context of sport.

Prohibited Substances are defined as: illegal drugs or controlled substances (including trace amounts); alcoholic beverages; prescription drugs--except as provided in Section 4 of this Policy; and any other substance which affects or may affect the employee's ability to competently or safely perform. • "Under the influence" of any prohibited substance means any detectable level of a prohibited substance in an employee's system. Prohibited Substances means any drugs or controlled substances whose use, manufacture, distribution or possession are prohibited or restricted by any law, whether federal, state, or local law (other than drugs and controlled substances maintained and sold in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws).
