Prohibited Substances definition

Prohibited Substances means chemical substances mentioned in paragraph 3 of this schedule.

Prohibited Substances means and include any illegal drugs, controlled substances (other than properly prescribed and utilized medications), look alike drugs, designer drugs, and alcoholic beverages. Drugs to be tested for include: - Amphetamine - Barbiturates - Cocaine - Bensodiazephines - Marijuana - Methaqualone - Opiates - Propoxyphine - Phencyclidine - Alcohol

Prohibited Substances has the meaning as described in Section 6 below. The term “Unauthorized User/Passenger” has the meaning as described in Section 6 below. The term “Addendum” has the meaning as described in Section 9 below. The term “Prohibited Acts” has the meaning as described in Section 13 below.

Examples of Prohibited Substances in a sentence

• For purposes of applying Article 10, Substances of Abuse shall include those Prohibited Substances which are specifically identified as Substances of Abuse on the Prohibited List because they are frequently abused in society outside of the context of sport.

Prohibited Substances means any drugs or controlled substances whose use, manufacture, distribution or possession are prohibited or restricted by any law, whether federal, state, or local law (other than drugs and controlled substances maintained and sold in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws).

Prohibited Substances shall have the meaning set forth in the first paragraph under Substances Restricted by this Policy.
