Any amounts remaining in any Reserve after payment of all Claims contemplated by such Reserve in full shall promptly be transferred to the Post Effective Date Reserve and shall be distributed according to the priority set forth in Article III without any further action or order of the Court.
The Post Effective Date Reserve shall be used by the Plan Administrator solely to satisfy the distributions set forth herein, the expenses of the Wind-Down Debtors and the Plan Administrator as set forth in the Plan; provided that all costs and expenses associated with the winding up of the Wind-Down Debtors and the storage of records and documents shall constitute expenses of the Wind-Down Debtors and shall be paid from the Post Effective Date Reserve.

Any Cash remaining in the Professional Fee Claims Reserve after payment of all Allowed Professional Fee Claims shall be transferred by the Debtor’s Representative to the Post- Effective Date Reserve.
