Postage Credits definition

Postage Credits means the Matched Postage Credits and Incremental Postage Credits, as calculated under this Incentive.

Examples of Postage Credits in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, you do not need to complete a Postage Credit Application Form in order to validate your Postage Credits entitlement.

  • Any Postage Credits Vouchers that you are awarded will expire 12 months after the date stated on them and after they expire you will not be able to redeem them.

  • If, after we have given you Postage Credits, we discover that you have not fully complied with the terms of the relevant Incentive's Participation Agreement, we can choose to cancel Postage Credits you haven’t redeemed yet, require you to repay the face value of any Postage Credits you have already redeemed, and/or make a claim against you for loss we suffer as a result of your non-compliance of the terms of the relevant Incentive’s Participation Agreement.

  • If we approve your application, we will tell you your Expected Volume of Eligible Mail and the date on which your postings of Eligible Mail Items can begin to earn Postage Credits ( Start Date), together with any other relevant information about the Incentive.

  • Subject to the Framework Terms and the other terms below, we will award you Postage Credits for all Incremental Volume of Eligible Items that you post during the Incentive Period.

  • We will calculate your Postage Credits by confirming the volume of Eligible Mail that qualifies for Postage Credits based on the relevant Incentive’s Participation Agreement.

  • In certain circumstances, we may decide to award you more Postage Credits than that to which you are strictly entitled under the Incentive, if we consider (in our absolute discretion) it fair and reasonable to do so when assessing what you have posted.

  • For example, despite the Postage Credit Limit, we may decide (but do not have to) to pay Postage Credits on up to 110% of your Agreed Expected Incremental Volume for any particular Profile Mix, where we consider it fair and reasonable to do so.

  • If the value of your Postage Credits is more than £10,000 and you don’t have an active Royal Mail credit account, we will contact you to give you the choice of receiving your total Postage Credits in one or more than one Postage Credit Voucher.

  • We shall notify you of the value of any Postage Credits due within 30 (thirty) Working Days of either (a) the end of each Quarter in the Incentive Period (if you are participating in this Incentive for more than one Quarter), or (b) the end of the Incentive Period (if you are only participating in this Incentive for one Quarter).

Related to Postage Credits

  • Service Credits means the service credits payable to the Purchaser by the Service Provider in the event that the Service Levels are not met and identified as service credits in the Pricing Schedule.

  • Postal service means the United States postal service.

  • Prepaid means Payments or Deposits paid by You to a Travel Supplier for Travel Arrangements for Your Trip prior to Your actual or Scheduled Departure Date. Payments or Deposits for shore excursions, theater, concert or event tickets or fees, or sightseeing, if such arrangements are made during Your Trip and are to be used prior to the Scheduled Return Date of Your Trip, are not considered Prepaid as defined herein.

  • First Class Mail When mailed first class to the last address of the recipient known to the party giving notice, notice is effective three (3) mail delivery days after deposit in a United States Postal Service office or mailbox. Certified Mail: When mailed certified mail, return receipt requested, notice is effective on receipt, if delivery is confirmed by a return receipt. Overnight Delivery: When delivered by overnight delivery (Federal Express/Airborne/United Parcel Service/DHL WorldWide Express) with charges prepaid or charged to the sender’s account, notice is effective on delivery, if delivery is confirmed by the delivery service. Facsimile transmission: When sent by facsimile to the facsimile number of the recipient known to the party giving notice, notice is effective on receipt, provided that, (a) a duplicate copy of the notice is promptly given by first-class or certified mail or by overnight delivery, or (b) the receiving party delivers a written confirmation of receipt. Any notice given facsimile shall be deemed received on the next business day if it is received after 5:00 p.m. (recipient’s time) or on a non-business day. Any party may change its address or facsimile number by giving the other party notice of the change in any manner permitted by this Agreement.

  • Courier means any armed person who transports or offers to transport from one place to another

  • Service Credit means the periods of time for which the required contributions have been made to

  • postal services means services consisting of the clearance, sorting, routing and delivery of postal items. This shall include both services falling within as well as services falling outside the scope of the universal service set up in conformity with Directive 97/67/EC;

  • Transmission Reliability Margin or “TRM” shall mean the amount of transmission transfer capability necessary to provide reasonable assurance that the interconnected transmission network will be secure. TRM accounts for the inherent uncertainty in system conditions and the need for operating flexibility to ensure reliable system operation as system conditions change.

  • Available Credit means, at any time, (a) the then effective Revolving Credit Commitments minus (b) the aggregate Revolving Credit Outstandings at such time.

  • Non-Availability Charges has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Deactivation Avoidable Cost Credit means the credit paid to Generation Owners pursuant to Tariff, Part V, section 114. Deactivation Avoidable Cost Rate:

  • Monthly Service Fees means the monthly (or 1/12 of the annual fee) subscription fees paid for the affected Cloud Service which did not meet the SA SLA.

  • Service Level Credit is defined in Section 8.
