Power Generator definition

Power Generator means a device or combination of devices that converts mechanical energy, chemical reaction or photovoltaics to produce electrical energy (also known as a generator set or power source).
Power Generator means any boiler, burner, or other combustor of fuel or any combination of boilers at a single site in any electric power generating plant or industrial or commercial plant having a total firing rate of 50 million Btu/hour or greater in commercial op­ eration on or prior to December 7, 1973, and includes combustion turbines used in the generation of electrical energy.
Power Generator means a device or combination of devices that produces electrical energy (also known as a generator set or power source).

Examples of Power Generator in a sentence

  • Occurrence of any other event which is specified in this Agreement to be a material breach / default of the Power Producer or commits any other acts or omissions as laid down in the PPA and is also unable to cure any of the aforesaid within the cure period, as may be provided in the PPA, the Solar Power Generator shall be construed to be in default.

  • However, in the event the lenders are unable to substitute the defaulting Solar Power Generator within the stipulated period, GUVNL may terminate the PPA and acquire the Project assets for an amount equivalent to 90% of the debt due by issuing a “Termination Notice” / “Takeover Notice”, failing which, the lenders may exercise their mortgage rights and liquidate the Project assets.

  • In addition to the levy of damages as aforesaid, in the event of a default by the Solar Power Generator, the lenders shall be entitled to exercise their rights to seek substitution of the Solar Power Generator by a selectee, in accordance with the substitution agreement and in concurrence with GUVNL.

  • When You hire a Power Generator from Us, these additional Special Conditions of Hire form part of Your Hire Agreement.

  • Upon successful completion of the minimum qualifications of Power Generator Tech/Hydro Certified Tech, the Mechanic, Hydro/Generation will be reclassified to Power Generator Tech/Hydro Certified Tech.
