Preapproved Leases definition

Preapproved Leases means Leases which comply with the Leasing requirements and parameters set forth in a then applicable Annual Budget.
Preapproved Leases shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.4(b)(vii).
Preapproved Leases means either (a) any New Leases (as defined in the Monte Vista Master Lease), or (b) a Lease with a Tenant identified in a letter of intent or draft lease attached hereto as Schedule 1.1(e) hereto which Lease contains the terms and conditions contained in the applicable letter of intent or draft lease and does not contain any other material terms and conditions.

  • Personal Property Leases has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(e).

  • Eligible Ground Lease means a ground lease that (a) has a minimum remaining term of twenty-five (25) years, including tenant controlled options, as of any date of determination, (b) has customary notice rights, default cure rights, bankruptcy new lease rights and other customary provisions for the benefit of a leasehold mortgagee or has equivalent protection for a leasehold permanent mortgagee by a subordination to such leasehold permanent mortgagee of the landlord’s fee interest, and (c) is otherwise acceptable for non-recourse leasehold mortgage financing under customary prudent lending requirements. The Eligible Ground Leases as of the date of this Credit Agreement are listed on Schedule EG.

  • Existing Leases means those leases, license agreements and occupancy agreements identified on Schedule 2.1.3, as the same may be amended or modified from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • Finance Leases means any finance leases, to the extent the arrangement is or would have been treated as a finance or a capital lease in accordance with the Accounting Principles applicable on the First Issue Date (a lease which in the accounts of the Group is treated as an asset and a corresponding liability), and for the avoidance of doubt, any leases treated as operating leases under the Accounting Principles as applicable on the First Issue Date shall not, regardless of any subsequent changes or amendments of the Accounting Principles, be considered as a finance lease.
