Preference Dividend Period definition

Preference Dividend Period has the meaning set forth in Section 4(a).
Preference Dividend Period means the six month period calculated from the day following a Calculation Date until and including the next Calculation Date, provided that the first Preference Dividend Period, in respect of the first tranche of Preference Shares issued, shall be calculated from the Issue Date up to and including the first Calculation Date after the Issue Date;
Preference Dividend Period means the twelve (12) month period beginning on a Preference Dividend Payment Date and ending on the day immediately before the next Preference Dividend Payment Date.

  • The amount of the Preference Dividend for each Preference Dividend Period (or portion thereof) will be calculated on the basis of a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months.

  • Special Dividend Period means a Dividend Period consisting of (i) a specified number of days (other than seven), evenly divisible by seven and not fewer than seven nor more than 364 or (ii) a specified period of one whole year or more but not greater than five years (in each case subject to adjustment as provided in paragraph 2(b)(i)).

  • 7-Day Dividend Period means a Dividend Period consisting of seven days.

  • Early Preference Share Valuation Date means the date specified as such in the relevant Early Preference Share Redemption Notice which shall fall not less than one day and not more than 180 days following the day such Early Preference Share Redemption Notice is given. The Early Preference Share Redemption Notice may provide that such date is subject to adjustment in accordance with certain disruption or adjustment events, as determined by the Calculation Agent.

  • Final Preference Share Redemption Date means the date that falls twenty Business Days following the Valuation Date on which the Calculation Agent has determined the Final Preference Share Redemption Amount or, if earlier, the first Auto-Call Valuation Date on which an Auto-Call Trigger Event has occurred.

  • Liquidation Preference Amount means $25,000 per share of Series A Preferred Stock.

  • Dividend Parity Stock means any class or series of stock of the Corporation that ranks on a parity with the Series E in the payment of current dividends, including the Series A, the Series B, the Series C and the Series D.

  • Special Dividend means any special or abnormal dividend or distribution in respect of securities (including a distribution of income or capital) and includes a dividend or distribution described by the entity declaring that dividend or distribution as:
