Preferential Location Charges definition

Preferential Location Charges means charges for the preferential location attributes of the Unit and/or any other location as may be specified/designated as Preferential Location by the Developer/Vendor.
Preferential Location Charges shall have the meaning as attributed to the term in clause 2.5.2 of this Agreement.
Preferential Location Charges means the charges payable by the Lessee to the Lessor in lieu of number of Preferential Location(s) availed by the Lessee (if & as applicable), which is to be computed @ of Rs. /- per sq. ft. on the Super Area of the Apartment, for each Preferential Location availed by the Lessee.

  • Preferential Location Charges (PLC) on Basic Sale Price (BSP) of apartment shall be applicable as per price & payment schedule for apartments on all floors facing the parks and main entrance, side flats etc.

More Definitions of Preferential Location Charges

Preferential Location Charges means the charges applicable for preferentially located apartments as specified in “Annexure –II” which may be revised by the Developer from time to time.
Preferential Location Charges means the charges to be paid by the Allottee in case the Plot allotted to the Allottee is preferentially located decision of the Promoter in this regard shall be final and binding on the Allottee;

Related to Preferential Location Charges

  • Installation Charges means those Charges set out in the Order in relation to installation of the Service and/or any Purchased Equipment, Customer Equipment and/or BT Equipment as applicable.

  • Price and Preferential Points Assessment means the process described in clause 27.6 of this Part C, as prescribed by the PPPFA.
