Preferred Distribution Period definition

Preferred Distribution Period means each calendar month (or such other calendar period as selected by the Trustees);
Preferred Distribution Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4(a) of this Preferred Unit Designation.

Distributions shall be paid to holders of record of the Class Twelve Partnership Preferred Units as their names appear in the records of the Partnership at the close of business on the applicable record date, which shall be the 15th day of the calendar month in which the applicable Preferred Distribution Payment Date falls or on such other date designated by the General Partner of the Partnership for the payment of distributions that is not more than 30 nor less than 10 days prior to such Preferred Distribution Payment Date (each, a “Preferred Distribution Record Date”).   • Dissolution Distribution Amount means, in relation to each Certificate:

  • Class B-1 Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, any amount distributable to the Holders of the Class B-1 Certificates pursuant to Paragraphs fifth, sixth and seventh of Section 4.01(a).

  • Class B-6 Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, any amount distributable to the Holders of the Class B-6 Certificates pursuant to Paragraphs twentieth, twenty-first and twenty-second of Section 4.01(a).

  • Monthly Distribution Date means the "Distribution Dates" set forth under "Summary of Essential Financial Information--Estimated Distributions" in the Prospectus Part I for a Trust.

  • Initial Distribution Date means the date occurring as soon as reasonably practicable after the Effective Date when distributions under the Plan shall commence.

  • Extra Principal Distribution Amount As of any Distribution Date, the lesser of (x) the related Total Monthly Excess Spread for such Distribution Date and (y) the related Subordination Deficiency for such Distribution Date.

  • Distribution Period means, for any Distribution Date, the period from and including the Distribution Date immediately preceding such Distribution Date (or, in the case of the first Distribution Date, from and including the Closing Date) to but excluding such Distribution Date.

  • Class B-2 Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, any amount distributable to the Holders of the Class B-2 Certificates pursuant to Paragraphs eighth, ninth and tenth of Section 4.01(a).

  • Group I Senior Principal Distribution Amount For any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Group I Senior Percentage of the Principal Payment Amount for Loan Group I, (b) the Group I Senior Prepayment Percentage of the Principal Prepayment Amount for Loan Group I and (c) the Group I Senior Liquidation Amount.
