Preferred Redemption Value definition

Preferred Redemption Value means an amount per share equal to $1,000 plus all accrued but unpaid dividends thereon through the Redemption Date (as defined in Preferred Stock Certificate of Designation).
Preferred Redemption Value means an amount equal to (x) the Preferred Amount, plus (y) any accrued and unpaid Preferred Return.

  • On or before June 30, 2013, the Company shall distribute cash to the Senior Preferred Unitholders in an amount equal to the Senior Preferred Redemption Value.

Preferred Redemption Value shall be equal to $100 per CCG Preferred Share plus accrued and unpaid dividends through the Closing Date. For greater certainty, the conversion of each share of CCG Preferred Stock at the Effective Time shall be based upon the respective Preferred Redemption Value of such share of CCG Preferred Stock and the Preferred Exchange Ratio calculated based on such Preferred Redemption Value.

  • Redemption Value means, in respect of a Unit, the price per Unit at which such Unit is redeemed, calculated in accordance with the Trust Deed.
