Preliminary Tranche Write-up Amount definition

Preliminary Tranche Write-up Amount means, for a Payment Date, an amount equal to the Tranche Write-up Amount computed using the Preliminary Principal Loss Amount instead of the Principal Loss Amount.

The Preliminary Tranche Write- up Amount for each Payment Date will be computed prior to the allocation of the Modification Loss Amount and the Modification Gain Amount pursuant to the Modification Loss Priority and Modification Gain Priority, respectively, for such Payment Date.
