Premium Allocation Charge definition

Premium Allocation Charge means a percentage of the Premium appropriated towards charges from the Premium received. The balance known as allocation rate constitutes that part of the Premium which is utilized to purchase (investment) units for the Policy. This charge is levied at the time of receipt of Premium.
Premium Allocation Charge. ’ means a charge as specified in Part E which is levied by Us and calculated as a percentage of Premium and deducted from the Premium received by Us before the same is allocated to Unit Account.
Premium Allocation Charge means the charge specified in Clause 1 of Part E of this Policy Document

  • The Premium Allocation Charge is a percentage of Base Plan Premium and Top-Up Premium.

  • If you have opted for the Automatic Trigger Based Investment Option, then, we will review your Unit Account at the end of each Business Day to see if the simple absolute return on your investments in the Equity1 Fund (after deducting the Premium Allocation Charge, Policy Administration Charge, Mortality Charge and switching charge) is 10% (Ten percent) or more at the end of that Business Day.

More Definitions of Premium Allocation Charge

Premium Allocation Charge. ’ means a charge as specified in Part E which is levied by Us and calculated as a percentage of Contribution and deducted from the Contribution received by Us before the same is allocated to Segregated Fund.
