Premium Conditions. The premium conditions to this Policy. Premium Rate(s): The rate(s) referred to as such in the Schedule which excludes any Broker or Federation commission or fees. Premium Rate(s) The period of time the Premium Rate(s) is guaranteed for as stated in Guarantee Period: the Schedule Scheme: The Scheme named in the Schedule. Scheme Rules: The Rules governing the operation of the Scheme and the payment of lump sum benefits to Members upon death.
